What would it be like if we honored the intensity of our teenage daughters and leaned into these relationships with feeling self-assured and poised? This is 3-hour intensive workshop will focus on:

• Separation & Individuation (both scientific and spiritually)

• The lost art of listening

• Drugs, alcohol and vaping - oh my!

• Relationships, navigation, strategies and healthy boundaries
